Three Sisters Pale Ale is a hoppy and refreshing American style pale ale that features an assertive mix of citrus and tropical fruit flavor and aroma from our massive whirlpool additions of American Centennial, Citra, and Mosaic hops. A blend of two base malts helps create a subtle malt complexity to complement the hops. The beer is fermented clean and cool with a California ale yeast strain to allow the two dry hop additions of Mosaic hops to leave the beer with a strong and unique tropical fruit nose. Named after the Three Sisters Lamp erected in 1842 at the end of Prince William Street to welcome visitors to the Saint John Harbor by guiding them safely into port. This beer is part of our core line up that will welcome patrons into local.

Can. Light amber, with a slight haze and a medium head. The aroma is fresh, seems like a lot of C hop (so I'm presuming it's mostly Centennial). There's some sweet biscuity notes in the aroma as well. Sweet up front, very nice malt base, with a slight toastiness and that juicy note of high quality barley. It's actually just good ol' 2-row and Vienna, so they've definitely done a great job executing. The hops provide balance, a touch of florals, and a bit of pine. Very well-balanced beer, however. I'm liking this.
