(swing top bottle, 33cl) Cloudy, slightly reddish amber colour with a medium-sized and slightly tanned foamy head. Fruity and slightly sourish malty aroma with hints of plums, accompanied by notes of caramel and a whiff of spicy hops in the background. Mildly bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Soft dark malt character with a distinctive plummy fruitiness and traces of caramel; hoppy notes gaining weight towards the mildly fruity and hop bitter, slightly spicy finish. Interesting and rounded brew. 29.XII.16

Bottle 0,33l from brewpub. Aroma of sweet caramel and cooked plums. Dark red/brown color, cloudy, highly carbonated. Intensive, full flavor of dark caramel and cooked plums (jam), very sweet, strong. Pleasant hop bitterness on background. Full bodied dark lager, baltic porter with plums. Nice.

Draught (as "Podzimni Ležak 16°", Alc 6.5%): Deep amber coloured, firm stable off-white head; caramelly and hoppy nose with a subtle fruitiness underneath plus a yeasty touch; moderate to solid bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied; lingering roasty and caramelly finish with a strong hoppy perfume; no plums detectable. Good, heavy Lager, for God’s sake not so fruity.....

draught at the brewpub. This is a 16° plum beer. Slightly reddish appearance, enourmously large head. Aroma of plums. Medium-bodied, not sweet but tasting of plums, quite hoppy and dry. Not very malty, I thought the beer was a bit thin for a 16°, nevertheless a tasty and interesting brew.
