Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5.5
Dark brown with a thick head. The aroma is sort of a burnt ember thing, with thinnish coffee accents. Toasty on the palate, but definitely thin. Light smoke. Would love some residual sugars on this provide some much-needed roundness, especially useful in bringing forward those smoke flavours.
