750mL bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out intense bourbon barrels, almost a tartness from the wood and light cocoa. Flavour follows suit, with super boozy barrel notes, tart fruits, and wood. Fairly complex, but I'm a little put off by the sourness. Still, very nice stuff.

Bottle shared at the chriso Snow Tasting in London - thanks to Jan. Pours dark, brown-black with a creamy, beige head. The nose holds some alcohol and iodine, dark malts, roast. Big sweet flavor with dark sugars, prominent alcohol/barrel character, understated roast. Full bodied with fine carbonation. Hot finish with more dark malts, dark chocolate, wood. Decent if a bit heavy handed.
