Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Quite pale - almost white. Opaque with a medium head. Tart kettley nose with nutmeg and vanilla. On the palate, spicy, fairly tart, nice quince fruitiness. Well balanced - the lactose and vanilla are noticeable but in check.
