Plum Cherry Sour
The warmth of plum and delicate notes of cherrry anre enhanced by our use of yeast strain that imparts pear aromas. Balanced by a slightly darker malt, this fruit-infused sour achieves a harmony of tartness and flavour.

Plum and earthy sour notes. Cloudy copper with a decent white head. Soured earthy and cherry notes with a light sweetness in the finish to balance. Not bad.

Bottle. Cloudy, dark purple, not much head. Some stinky foot yeast on the nose, with just a touch of fruit. On the palate, there's a lot of plum, a bit of pear. Moderate tartness, but also fruity sweetness. All told, it's quite a bit yeastier than I'd prefer.
