The first release from our 'House of Lager' series, Inari was brewed with bohemian floor-malted pilsner and toasted rice flakes. Hopped with hallertau blanc and fermented dry with our house lager strain, Inari was lagered for 5 weeks in stainless.

Draught at the brewery
Blond and clean. Dry, maybe weak, very clean; but not what I would qualify as crisp malt, lacking of flavour or any hop character, low bitterness.
Clean but shallow.

Bright pale gold, has an appley note, some pale malt but also more acetaldehyde. Very low bitterness. Unbalanced in that way.
