330ml bottle from Systembolaget Storheden. Clear amber coloured body. Frothy off-white head, slowly diminishing. Good lacework. Modest smell of sweaty hops and pale malts. Malt-fruity taste of caramel, lemon, and grassy hops. Bittersweet endnotes. Medium bodied. Rather flat in the mouth. Accepted, far from great though (shared with djoeye, hotel room, Luleå 25.05.2014).

Bottle. A clear one, dark golden in color and with a small, light beige head. The aroma hasn’t got too much to offer, there’s some citrus peel and pale malts, with some pine cones. A nice bitterness in the flavor, with the rest of the flavors too low, except for bready malts. Medium body and a nice carbonation level. Short finish with too much bread. Sure not my kind of pale ale this one. 140418

Pours clear golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, floral and hint of caramel. Taste is light sweet and light bitter. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Bottle at home, from Systembaloget Nordstan, 01/04/14. Clear golden amber with a good sized off white head of bubbles. Nose is caramel, light metallic twang, bread dough, sweet ring to it, toffee apple. Taste comprises caramel, floral notes, bread dough, candied sugars, summer fruit. Medium bodied, prickly carbonation, a little over pitched for my liking, grassy bitterness in the close. Ok drinkable number but nothing to shout home about.

Bottle shared by Peter Bognar. Old rating found. Aroma caramel, light resiny hops, grassy. Clear reddish amber colour. Taste is a bit watery - thin body. Resiny hops with nice caramel maltiness. Finish is bitter, lightly tart, hoppy, good with medium duration.

33cl Bottle from Lost Property. Slightly hazy light amber colour, thin soapy white head. Aroma is typically English, both in hop and malt profile, like a slightly hopped-up bitter. Flavour is light sweet, grainy, light toffee, nuts, stale hoppy light grassy and light fruity finish. Light-bodied. Didn’t really like this.
