How: Draught.
Where: Vooruit, Gent.
Appearance: Hazy red colour with a large white head.
Aroma: Sweet berry.
Body: Medium. Water.
Flavour: Sweet, berry, a bit of tart.
Comment: Decent enough, holds its own against other Framboise styled lambics and definitely drinkable.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is red. Aroma and taste are rich raspberries, sweet malt, little sugar and little acid. Nice.

Poured from 375mL bottle. Clear dark red with pinkish white head. Very strong raspberry aroma. Same flavour, quite sweet, like a mixer.

375 ml bottle. Pours a dark cloudy red with little head. Aroma of raspberry jam. Flavors of raspberries and strawberries, lots of fruit but not much else. Quite smooth without any underlying lambic tartness. So is it a lambic?

Bouteille 250ml. De couleur dorée-rosée et voilée. Nez fruité sucré et aux notes acides (framboises, traces de cerises) avec des notes de levures ainsi que des traces boisées (bois humide). Moyenne-mince en bouche avec un pétillement moyen-fort et une texture très légèrement sirupeuse fruitée. Goût fruité sucré et très légèrement acide (framboises mûres) lors de l’entrée en bouche suivi d’un goût fruité plus sucré (sirop de framboises) puis en finale l’on retrouve des notes de levures avec de faibles traces herbeuses. Post-goût moyen, composé d’un goût fruité (framboises) avec de faibles notes herbeuses et boisées (bois humide).

Smells like fresh raspberries, very refreshing fruit smell. Pours pinkish orange with pink foam head. Pretty good lacing. This is a pretty palatable beer - almost like a regular raspberry fruit beer. Only a bit of the normal sour lambic taste. Very sweet as well, but a natural, fruity sweetness. Bottle.

(Draught at A La Mort Subite, Brussels, 20 July 2012) Clear red colour with frothy, pink head. Fruity nose with raspberries, sweet fruit and a mild acidity. Fruity taste with lots of raspberries and red berries, a slightly tart finish. Medium body, quite sweet. Tasty and refreshing but a bit too sweet, one-dimensional and slightly artificial. Quite decent on a warm summer day.

Tap @ La Mort Subite. Clear deep red with a small off-white head. Aroma is sweet, heavy raspberries and light acidic. Flavor is quite sweet and light acidic. Sweet and light acidic finish. 190712

Bouteille 375ml. Couleur rougeâtre, mousse blanche teintée de rose, belle effervescence. Arôme de framboise qui frappe aussitôt la bouteille débouchée, un peu de levure. Goût de framboise intense accompagné d’un peu de sucre. Belle acidité. Ma première bière de type Lambic, j’ai déjà hâte à la prochaine.
