Unfiltered, export-style Helles made with a blend of base malts from the old-country. Rustic and satiating.

Draught @ ES. Golden, with just a slight haze and a thin head. On the nose this has some pale malts, an appley note, and a herbal continental hop. Sweetish but a bit thick on the pale malts. Low to moderate bitterness. It certainly qualifies as a landbier, but that's not the best interpretation of German country lager, so while it's fun that's limiting.

Clearish body with white head. Light grassy aroma, like you'd expect from such. Flavour seems thin at first, the gets fuller and more pleasing as the beer warms in your mouth. Crisp finish
