Using a Kviek yeast strain and working with a classic west coast pale ale base, we brewed this Nordic Pale ale with Superflux Brewing Co. With Columbia hops for buttering and a massive Centennial hop addition at flame out, this Scandinavian pale ale comes across with pineapple, mango, and Tangerine aromas. So skal! Or cheers to a great beer!

Classic Brewhall - I forgot to write down the details of this beer (style,abv) but my notes and memory are of little help. It has a slight haze, some mango and pineapple and pear on the nose, but the palate is full of rancid diacetyl. NO.
