Draught @ GEIB, Grande Esposizione Italiane della Birra 2012, Nuova Fiera di Roma, via Portuense 1645, Rome, Italy 00100.Unclear medium yellow orange colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy tart, sour, horse blanket, light balsamico - vinegar. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, fruity, apple, sulfur, calvados notes. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20121214]

04/01/2012 Brasserie 4:20 (handpump). Dorata, lievemente torbida, leggerissima schiuma bianca morbida, non molto persistente. Aroma molto delicato e armonioso, in cui le note acide, balsamiche si sposano perfettamente con quelle vinose. In bocca è complessa, acida, note mielose, speziate ed erbacee e finale balsamico. Corpo medio, leggermente "watery", carbonazione corretta. Ottimamente bilanciata, ma le note di Calvados e Marsala risultano un po’ timide.
