Backlog May 2009. Foggy golden body under a big, creamy white head. Aroma of grain, wheat, some coriander and slightly fruity, but not much of anything. Taste is a bit harsh and sweet with malt, coriander and low bitterness. Thin body with same aftertaste. Not very impressive.

How: Bottle.
Where: Tasting at Björn, 2015-09-04.
Appearance: Hazy yellow colour with a white head.
Aroma: Malt, grass, spices.
Body: Medium body, lively carbonation.
Flavour: Yeast, malt, vegetables, yeast.

Bottled. Cloudy pale golden, small head. Reeks of boiled cabbage. Sweetish with medium body and rounded, spritzy mouthfeel. Cabbage and Grape Tonic. Awful. Haus der 131 Biere is the most crooked business ever in beer. Spineless creeps.

Bottle 330ml.Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, herbs, green grass, moderate yeasty, spicy. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120817]

Bottle sample at a tasting at Ariel’s place. Thanks Tom. Very pale yellow color. Aroma of lemonade, a bit perfumy, with grainy notes. Flavor of lemonade and a bit of graininess. Watery mouthfeel. Drinkable but doesn’t taste like beer.

Bottle @ The 5th Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg, 2012. Pours clear yellow with a small white head. Wheat, grain and spices. Skunky with a bit of metal. Thin.

Bottle 5,5% @ FOneFan, Pre-Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2012. Clear pale yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, wheat and coriander. Flavour is malt, wheat, sweet, coriander and a little watery.

Bottle @ pre-TFODRBSG, Ulfborg. Clear yellow with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, wheaty, citrus and coriander. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. Watery. 170812
