Our latest kettle sour! We split the brew into two halfs, with this half we've conditioned on a lot of Basil and Lemon juice and it's tasting good.

Keg at the Knott Bar, Manchester. Light golden, hazy with a small ring of white head. Lemon drop aroma with spicy herbal savoury character. Sour sucking-on-a-lemon taste, absolute mouth-puckerer. This wanes slightly, allowing light basil notes do give an almost smoky herbal flavour at the long finish. This is all about the lemon though. Medium carbonation. Powerful beer.

Keg at Jack In The Box, Manchester. Fuller hazy golden with a good sourness. Its basil makes this very herbal and it has a fizziness.
