Deep dark brown colour. Beige head. Pleasant aroma of roasted malt, chocolate and some alcohol together with piney hops. Good filling mouthfeel. Roasted malt, chocolate and alcohol in the flavour with a good bitterness.

Dark red brown colour, beige head. Hoppy aroma, malts, roasted malt, coffee, caramel. Quite floral. Light sweet flavour, caramel, malts, hint of honey, quite bitter. Bitter coffee finish, hops, slight honey note. Nice!

Fantastiskt gott.

Bottle @ home via the good ole rotbox. I’m guessing this was tossed via courtesy of Nisse666 or _angst_ . Tack! Pours a deep brown appearance with a dark brown, lasting head. Fairly roasty, light tar, anise, honey, slight fig/raisin aroma. Somewhat sweet, burnt dark chocolate malty, coconut, a bit woody, piney bitter hoppy flavor with some residual bitterness on the finish. Pretty big beer but still fairly well balanced.

Black color with large brownish head, persistent, leaving behind a nice lace. Aroma of roasted malts with some chocolate; evident resiny hops, a bit citrusy too but hidden, hop sweat. The mouthfeel is quite dry and sharp; roasted malt flavor with too strong liquorice edge; strong bitterness, with some citrusy hops.
Better defined as Black IPA; brutal and monodimensional flavor, without elegance.

Bottle at a ChrisO Tasting - London. Pours black-brown with a thick beige foam head. Big alcohol and dark malt aroma. Medium to heavy sweet flavor with boozy kick, dark malts, rich dark chocolate. Full bodied with fine, smooth carbonation. Warm finish with still more alcohol bite, rich dry chocolate, roasted malts, char. Nice if a bit overly robust at times.
