We're huge suckers for nostalgia here at Polly's, and it was over a beer in the garden after work that we got talking about the beers we took to the Little Summer Beer bash in 2018; the festival that was the genesis of the beers that eventually became our Augment range. Headlining our fledgling little beer list that weekend was a Mosaic and Simcoe DDH Pale Ale - one that had people we looked up to behind our bar drinking and congratulating us on brewing. We wanted to pay homage to this beer by rebrewing it with a 2021 twist - upping the oats in the mash to the max for an even fuller mouthfeel and replicating the hop bill - back then DDH level, now standard pale for us with a hearty helping of those incredible varietals that set us on a pale

Keg draught at the Two-Tailed Lion, Leicester. Light yellow/gold, haY with a small white head. Heady aroma of melon, mango, pineapple. Taste is sweet and a little bit creamy, with thorough hop bitterness coming in later in the the sip. Body is, unfortunately, very watery, and there's little aftertaste. Deapite this, all in all an amazing drink.
