We're huge suckers for nostalgia here at Polly's, and it was over a beer in the garden after work that we got talking about the beers we took to the Little Summer Beer bash in 2018; the festival that was the genesis of the beers that eventually became our Augment range. Headlining our fledgling little beer list that weekend was a Mosaic and Simcoe DDH Pale Ale - one that had people we looked up to behind our bar drinking and congratulating us on brewing.
