Pale ale using Galaxy, Strata & Simcoe. These big hitting hops delivering lots of stone fruit, peach, melon and that classic dankness from the galaxy. A smooth oat heavy malt base rounds this beer off nicely.

Gravity cask at the Real Ale Classroom, Stoneygate, Leicester. Mid- to Deep gold and cloudy with a smattering of white head. White grapefruit, apricot and lemongrass in the aroma. Taste is bittersweet, and the meaty Simcoe notes are whisked away on a sea of grapefruit long bitter finish. Didn't like it at first but I let it settle and allowed the flavours to wash over me. A complex little beer.
