Handpull cask at the Bailey Head, Oswestry. Pale gold but not quite straw, clear with a ring of white head. Aroma resplendent with pink grapefruit peel, it's hard to detect much else but it's hard to complain. Taste is sweet with grapefruit again in prominence. Some light floral bitter in the long finish. Flat, oily body. It's basically a grapefruit delivery service, but if it's a gimmick, it's a damn fine one.
