Gravity cask from the Real Ale Classroom, Stoneygate, Leicester. Light gold and hazy with no head. Big lemon and white grapefruit scent. Taste of waxy lemon, white grapefruit pith, the tiniest touch of vanilla. Some lovely grapefruit bitterness in the finish. Oily body with almost no carbonation. Good.
