Gravity cask at the Real Ale Classroom in Stoneygate, Leicester. Chestnut brown and clear with a small uneven ring of brown head. Light woody aroma, dollops of oak and toffee. Sweet taste with that wonderful oaky souring in the middle which you get from the best of cask bitters. Clean finish, some caramel and light astrigent bitterness. Flat body. A decent bitter.
