OK. Before I start the rate I should say this won't be to everyone's taste. But it was to mine. A weird orange colour with a light haze and a ring of white head. Aroma gives carrot notes and sweet icing sugar. Sweet taste with a tart fruity sourness and a lasting impression of cream cheese frosting. If you are looking for a sour that impersonated the dessert, I think they nailed it.
