Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 6
Gravity cask at the Real Ale Classroom, Stoneygate, Leicester. Light to mid-gold, hazy with an uneven white head. Aroma is not what I'd have expected. I'm getting savoury cooking herbs, a bit of papaya and mint. Taste is a bit more fruity, only slightly sweet at first with a fairly bitter finish. Fairly weighty body, soft carbonation. Weird. Okay but weird.
