Handpull cask at the Cain's Brewery Tap, Liverpool. Bright deep gold, almost orange, mostly clear with a large off-white head. Earthy bready malt aroma, light notes of citrus. But this is malt-led. Tastes sweet, lots of chewy yeast. More suggestions of citrus. Some bitterness in the finish. Different, and very good.
