Handpull cask at the Salmon, Leicester. Light to mid-gold and clear with a small white head. Aroma is a bit odd, like those slightly sour chalk candy. Taste is bittersweet, a little herbal with a brief off vegetal note. Very bitter finish. A massive mixed bag, I enjoyed well enough but would hesitate to get a second.

Cask @ Trades Club, Hebden Bridge. Clear golden with a glow and a head. Clean tasting smooth textured hoppy ale and flavoursome in this respect with hints of fruit available.
