A myriad of tropical fruit flavours in harmonious balance with an enjoyable level of hoppy bitterness, a good malt character and a very clean finish. This a dangerously drinkable 5.5% IPA!

Bottle. Archer Road Beer Stop, Sheffield. Clear, pale gold. Messy, white head. Nose has sweet, caramel malts. Pear juice. Light, peach notes. Taste is fruity sweet. Get some fruity esters, that isn’t so great. Mouthfeel is a little soapy. Light bitterness on the finish. Not for me, this one.

Cask-conditioned at the Lime Kiln, Bristol 24/2/2016. Slightly hazy gold, with a billowy white head. Grassy hop aroma with a touch of tropical fruit. Flavour had some sweetish cereal malts, more fruits, and a decent, dryish finish. Enjoyable.

On cask at the Pheasant bin Wellington. Appearance - golden with a proportionate head and a slight haze. Nose - grapefruit and yeast. Taste - more of the same. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry bitter finish. Overall - good but a bit on the too bitter side.

Bottle from Jacks (Westholme Stores) Goring on Thames, Oxon, consumed at home Thursday 21st May 2015 Crystal clear gold, sparkling, looks great, white head. Taste is rather drab, some biscuity malt lacks a fresh crisp bite, no zing or fruitiness, just very forgettable, nothing wrong with it at all just unexciting. A6 A5 T5 P3 Ov10 2.9

Cask at the Dean Swift, 03/01/15. Clear golden with a decent off white covering that retains well. Nose is pale malt, straw, light citric vibes, pretty mellow all round. Taste comprises straw, pale malt, melon, grassy, light bread notes, lemon rind. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, light bitterness in the close. So so - NOT an IPA, more of an ESB, no hop presence and at 5.5% ABV is firmly in APA territory anyway!

Clear pale gold beer, decent white head. Palate is crisp and semi dry. Orange pith, orange marmalade hops with a touch of floral things. Juicy tropical fruits but very light, still adds colour though. Dry bitterness dominates the dry finish. Not bad just a bit dry.
