This “Polish Style Kolsch” is made with eastern European hops and has just a little more than expected when dealing with a Kolsch.

Bottle. Pours orange with a white head. Slightly hazy. Notes of dried fruit, cooked vegtables and grain in the aroma. Taste is very malty in a grainy farmhouse kind of way. Small hop bitterness in the finish. Medium bodied. Well balanced.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, fruits, and bread, leading to a dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a hazy amber with a lacing off-white head. Malty and caramellish aroma. Medium body, biscuity and caramellish with subtle hops. Has absolutely nothing to do with a Kölsch - this is simply a decent Amber. 301012

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a moderately dark brown color with a large foamy tan head that lingered and left a bit of lacing. The aroma was sweet toasty malts, bread, caramel and faint dark fruits. The flavor was sweet and malty bread with hints of honey and molasses. Long tangy, bready and malty finish. Medium body. Pleasant.

Pours deep hazy amber into a Sam glass. Pancake head with excellent retention recedes to coat surface. Sweet candy corn aromas. Sweet candy corn upfront turning to earthy, bitter pith in the lasting finish.

Bottle. Woody malt and alcohol aroma. Cloudy orange-brown with moderate head. Lightly sweet woody malt and alcohol flavor. Not your typical Koelsch.
