A copper coloured, fruity, summer ale packed full of flavour. Blackberry, strawberry and floral rose notes in perfect balance with just the right amount of malt character. A refreshing summer thirst quencher, it’s fruit salad in a glass.

Rocky white head on an unclear copper coloured body. Fruity, malt & sliced fruit aroma. Medium bodied, soft on the tongue with a sharp back. Sweet malt, stone fruits, peppery & lightly hopped tastes with a tangy finish. Nice enough.

Hand pulled half-pint in the Tap & Can, Shrewsbury on 26th July 2020. Amber body, off-white crown. Nose and taste had a caramalt feel, my sweet tooth really took to this.

Cask at Exeter Arms, Derby Pours an amber orange with a small white head. Nose is vaguely nutty. In the mouth there is sweetness of toffee and caramel plus fruityness of orange and redcurrants. Oranges and hops in the finish. Pleasant but no more.

Cask at the Wheel Inn, Holbrook. Amber broen, ckear with a bit of off-white head and a good bit of lacing. Toffee, caramel, biscuity malt, a touch of caraway in the aroma. Sweet and slightly spicy taste, leading to just a suggestion of bitterness in the finish. Decent little bitter.
