WE brewed this beer using toasted rice, wild rice, buckwheat, Indiana sumac, and grains of paradise. 16 oz can, thanks TJ! Color is a cloudy golden. Aroma is grain, lemons, wheat. Flavor has a good wheaty backbone. Good mouthfeel. Zesty finish. Nice amount of flavor. Nice!

Poured from can thanks StFun dated 3/24/17 hazy lemon with a white head. Aroma is citrus light funk mild spice yeast and grains. Taste is smooth nice balance between the citrus grain and yeast.
