21-03-20 // 375ml bottle from Stumpf. Bottled October 2017. The chili probably faded but it’s still present in the aftertaste. Quite soft. Oats involved. Darker bitter chocolate. 11% but it tastes a bit thin. Still a nice beer though.

Bottled 16.10.17. Pours a reddish dark brown, very thin, pretty flat. Smells chilli, malt. Slightly thicker than it poured. Sweet, very malty, tiny bit of chilli kick and some chocolate. No roast, no smoothness, no stoutyness at all. This is a barleywine.

37,5 cl bottle @ home. Bottled 16.10.2017, BBE 16.10.2022 Aroma has sweet cocoa and malt. Flavour has some sweet malt, chocolate, very mild chili tones (without the burn) and cocoa. Surprisingly easy-going for this ABV. Then again a bit straightforward.

Looks like a dark barleywine. Dried fruit, chocolate, caramel, chilli peppers. Thick, oily and warming. Not bad. 3.9

37.5cl bottle
Dark brown color, light beige head that quickly dissapears. Aroma has light notes of roasted malts, coffee beans. Flavor is light sweet, roasty, coffee, light chili hints. Chili notes are more present in the final, light roasty as well.
