What started out as a simple question on Brienne Allan’s Instagram story: "Have you ever experienced sexism in the beer industry?" quickly became the inquiry that sent shockwaves throughout craft beer, subsequently inspiring a BEVOLUTION. To keep the momentum going; to honor those who have spoken out about their gender discrimination, racism, sexual assault, and harassment; and to bring further awareness to the issues that women, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ individuals face in craft beer, we're gladly taking part in a collaborative brew titled 'Brave Noise'. Pouring a hazy, soft golden yellow, Brave Noise combines two highly aromatic hop varietals in Mosaic and Sabro to conjure notes of beachside pina colada, mango sorbet, and a floral, herbal highlight. Dry, with balanced bitterness and soft mouthfeel, this 4.5% Pale Ale remains incredibly drinkable pour after pour.

Draught at Fort Point, 11/1/21. Moderately hazy, drab brass. White head immediately fades to a ring. Pineapple, mango, tangerine and light pine are bolstered by a bit of cracker and softer wheat-like notes. Clean yeast and no booze or twang. Crackery and yet still quite supple. Extremely dry with little juiciness. But it has a great balance. Pineapple, lemon, melon and cracker with just a touch of sweet white bread-like character. Pine and orange peel linger gently.
