Bottle. Pours a very dark brown with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is chocolate syrup, sugar, spice. Thin mouth, strong chocolate, vanilla, sugar malt, light booze, good.

Bottle - Chocolate and a light sweetness. Dark brown with a thin beige head. Chocolate and light sour sweetness from the yeast. Very odd for quad but still kinda nice.

Bomber from Wine & Cheese in Clayton, MO. Pours very dark brown with a transient beige head. Aroma is very light chocolate. A little something I can’t identify. Med body, maybe less. Flavor is definitely chocolate - but not like a stout or porter. Subsidiary fruity esters - could be some pinapple. It cries out for plums or cherries or dark red grapes.

Opaque black beer, big fluffy tan head. Palate is smooth with mild carbonation. Chocolate! Slightly tangy milk chocolate and a lesser tone of drinking chocolate and that somewhat powdery chocolate you associate with cheap sweets. A hint of tangy chocolate orange. Finishes semi dry. Trace of banana and bubblegum ester. Mild minerals and a little dark chocolate. Harmless fun!
