500mL bottled 10/20/22, #208/1080, drunk 7/22/23. Well that's chunky! Sorta pukey lookingbrown, no head. Smells like vanilla and banana,seems like it's going to be sweet! Better than expected, more acidity from somewhere. Very vanilla dominated with banana and bread spices. Medium attenuation, could be more. Not punishingly sweet, but it's still very sweet.

500 ml bottle from our members club. 208/1080. Brown in color. Aroma is , cinnamon, baked brown bread, raisins. Flavor follows with the bread, raisins, and cinnamons throughout. Weak vanilla. I don’t think I find to much banana. However, it is like a cinnamon raisin bread.

Bottle pour shared with member group. Dark brown with tons of floaties. Aroma is strong banana bread spice, vanilla, caramel, milder walnut. Taste is strong banana bread spices, vanilla, hint of walnut. Mouthfeel is smooth but fairly thin for the ABV. Mildest alcohol warmth after the sip. Good strength, complexity, balance. Not overly sweet.
