Bottle @ Cafe Albert. Pours black with a small brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, coconut, cinnamon, vanilla, dark chocolate. Flavor is sweet, mild spicy, roast malt, caramel, chocolate, well intregrered spices, cinnamon, vanilla, coconut, a touch of chili pepper, some alcohol. Full body, soft carbonation, sweet mild spiced finish with some warming alcohol / chili. 111123

Tap @ Cafe Albert. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, coconut, cinnamon, vanilla and hops. Smooth finish.

Bottle shared by AFHops on 8/19/23, thanks Chris. Dark, no head. Looks like shaved coconut specks in it. Bourbon, coconut, fudge, the works. Pretty standard bourbon barrel tier 1 stout nose. Great vanilla, some cherry, light floral notes. No booze. Cherry skin, vanilla, lots of cinnamon and some spicy pepper. It's not hot, but the pepper is there in its vegetal form, just no capsaicin. Pretty good body, somewhat lightened by the coconut fruitiness and cinnamon. Definitely not thin though it could be a little more rich and syrupy, I suppose. It's not boozey, though. Cinnamon is there but not overdone. Lingering vanilla spice and dark chocolate. Spicy bourbon. Solid.

750 ml bottle. Aroma has bold coconut mixed with vanilla and cinnamon. Flavor is soft lasting bourbon with the coconut, vanilla, and light cinnamon. No pepper heat. Great body and a smooth , velvety texture. Awesome!

Wonderful aroma of vanilla, chocolate, barrel. Taste is smooth, creamy, nice balance of cinnamon, vanilla. Not really getting the chilies.
