Cask at GBBF 2019. Shiny deep gold, flat. big acetone nose with hints of bubble gum. Sweet, acetic acid, tart. Medium tannins. Oily and silky.

13/4/2019. From Bag in a Box, at Hull Real Ale & Cider Festival, 2019. Pours slightly hazy pale orange gold with minimal head. Aroma of a mix of semi tart and sweet apples, wood, caramel and citrus. Moderate sweetness and tartness. Medium to full body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Very nice mix of sweet and tart to finish, with a slight dryness. Liked this.

BIAB at Hull Real Ale & Cider Fest 2019. Slightly hazy golden colour, no head and aroma of slight vinegary funky apple. Taste is drying vinegary apple with some funk and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart tangy tannic finish. Quite drinkable

Cask (handpump) @ Southampton Arms, 139 Highgate Road, London, Greater London, England NW5 1LE.Unclear medium yellow orange colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apples, light tart apples, wood notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20120803]

Cask @ Cider Tap, Euston NW1. Pours a slightly hazy dark golden color with no head. Has a fruity weak spicy tart apple aroma. Fruity dry tart apple flavor. Has a fruity medium dry tart apple finish.

Cask at Cider Tap. Pours a near clear amber with a slight haze with a near white head that dissipates immediately and completely. Aroma has a slight tart apple with some backing earthiness. Flavor has notes of tart apples that mellow to a slight dry finish.

Cask@Southampton Arms, London. Amber colour, no head. Aroma is sweet apples, some rather wooden notes along with mild yeastyness. Flavour is fruity, sour apples, ripe apples, mild toffee and some slight yeasty notes. Semi dry palate.
