Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: amber color with a sly transparency about it and a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: honey, some floral hops and a light dose of some biscuity malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet malty and honey quality; finishes mostly with the honey sweetness
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; great smoothness; good carb telling me this is a beer
Overall: I say good honey beer I'd be willing to have again.

Can (5/6/24) pour from trade with AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! Hazy copper/amber with nice sparkle, ephemeral fizzy head and no lacing. Aroma is strong floral, honey and sweet bread. Taste is strong honey, later, milder toast and caramel. Smooth, fairly thick texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Base ale is pretty boring but good deal of honey here, if you like that.

Can with an illegible month canning date, XX/06/24, drunk 7/15/24. From Airforcehops, thanks, Chris. Deep amber-bronze. Small, deep beige head, low-to-moderate retention. Good mix of residual honey, fermented honey, some caramel and toast from specialty malt and fresh yeast. Clean. Soft up front, drying out with biscuit and toast on the back. Light honey, clean fermentation of it and soft caramel lingering. A simple, but well-made beer.

16 oz can. Deep copper color. Aroma is natural honey and soft grains. Flavor is medium sweet and light discrete hop bitterness. Balanced brew. Easy to drink and never gets too sweet.
