Can. Hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Airy palate, decent fine carbonation. Fluffy pale malts, an airy creamy sweetness. The trio of UK hops bring crisp pine and soft apple and pear into modest citrus. Mild but juicy peach vibe. Not sure what UK Chinook is bringing here. Perhaps just a light citric peel bitterness, once again proving that hop terroir is very important. Light crisp piney finish leaves a slightly bitter linger. Nice job. Juicy UK hops.
