Pigs Ear. Cask. Slightly dirty looking amber beer, small bubbly tan head. Smooth and semi dry palate, decent fine carbonation. Smoke malts, smooth white smoke, never acrid. Nice English hop orchard fruits on the back end. Plummy fruits, a little stewed apple. Mild spice on the semi dry finish. A very mellifluous smoke brew. Very drinkable as a result.

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2023, day 1 - London. Pours unclear deep gold with a foamy, off-white head. Light sweet flavour with hearty smoked ham, mellow toasted malts. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Nice smokey finish with low sweetness. A little thin. Nice smoke though.
