Pigs Ear. Keykeg. Near opaque dark brown beer, good darkish tan head. Airy palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Soft and sweet dark malts, good dark chocolate and dark chocolate cream. Vibrant ripe fruits. A pinch of spice in the airy finish. Very nice.

Black beer, thick tan head. Rich smell of complex malts and brown sugar, a little toasted caramel. Flavour is sweeter than I thought up front. Dried fruit and caramel again, loads of malt that is toasty but sweet, brown sugar, a little chocolate. Just the right side of too sweet I'd say, but it's a sipper. Big, smooth body and a toasty/sweet finish. Very good.

Can at home. Pours black, nose is roasted, meaty, chocolate, cream, taste is similar, surprisingly sweet and creamy for no lactose.
