Cask at GBBF 2023 - Day 1. Pours lightly hazed orange-gold with a small and bubbly white head. Light sweet flavour with moderate acidity, tart lemony bite, grapefruit. Light bodied with delicate carbonation. Nice condition. Clean and quenching finish. Solid.

GBBF Day 1. Cask. Hazy orange beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and fairly dry, decent fine carbonation. A modest sourness here, nice. Flinty lime and mildly ripe mango. A little seltzer on the semi dry finish. Nice.

Hazed orange with a white cap that thins to the edge.
Nose is sharp citric zest, papaya, splash of lime, damp straw.
Taste comprises lime leaf, mango flesh, papaya, mixed tangy tropicana, grass.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a light puckering edge.
Good fun for a cask sour style.
