11th January 2023 A light haze on this deep amber beer, small pale tan head. Smooth palate, quite light and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts if mildly dry, a decent creamy sweetness, some caramel lurking underneath. Good ripe fruits, fig dates and very ripe orchard fruits that meld well with the smooth fruity whiskey. Finishes light and very mildly warming with all elements coming together well. No alcohol spice at all. Tasty and goes down easy.
