Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry with a good fine minerally crispness. The malts are on the Twiggy side for a 7.4% IPA but serviceable and delivering a reasonable sweetness. The unusual combo of hops works very well. Good lemon from the appropriately named Lemondrop, I really can't fathom why this hop hasn't caught on more, ripe lemon, zingy lemon zest and a touch of lemon sherbet - why wouldn't you want those flavours in any number of hop forward beers? And it marries well with the Sakura of the El Dorado, which also brings a little ripe tropical fruits. A good pinch of hop spice on the finish. Splendid IPA, okay a little more malts would be good but a great choice of hops and a good delivery of those choices.
