Can. A medium haze on this orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. With a fucking sensitive throat after being cooked with radiation for 6 weeks, I have to say I am really appreciating the Dig Brew carbonation levels. Crisp and carbonated but not overly so. Light malts, a nice light creamy sweetness. Citra and Bru 1 combine well as they always do. Crisp cooling pine overlays light citrus into mildly ripe tropical fruits. A bare trace of citrus peel. Touch of savoury skunk on the back end. Orange, mandarin and mango all indentifiable in the fruit melange. Nice dipa, high drinkability.
