Bright clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and fairly dry, fine carbonation bringing up the rear. Trace of vanilla on the nose. Thin malts bring just a very modest amount of sweetness. Tart fruits, some grape, trace of sherbet lemon, whispers of apple and pineapple. Light dry finish. Good fun. Brut IPA is a brewing fad over too soon for me, liked most that I have had.

Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Poured a totally clear yellow gold, until the sediment went in, and it went way more chic. No head to speak of. Nose has mouldy lemon. White grape and nectarine. Touch of sour milk. Smells great. Taste is tart and dry, with a juicy, stone fruit bitterness. Medium body. Dry and clean. Fine, brisk carbonation. Tart and juicy in equal measure on the finish. Very nice.
