Bright clear paleish gold beer, small off white head. Light palate, semi dry and with a reasonable fine crispness. Light fluffy malts, modestly sweet. Mellow floral lemon. A little citric bite. Tidy but a Sorachi fan like me could always use more.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Clapton Craft. Pours clear yellow-gold with a frothy, pure white head. Moderate saison yeast present, lots of lemongrass, oily citrus peel, mild bitterness, wheat flakes. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Finishes with more citrus peel, lemongrass, wheaty accents. Enjoyable.
