Little Cloud, an IPA brewed to be extremely crushable, while still retaining a fluffy mouthfeel and full flavor profile. We used large amounts of flaked wheat, flaked oats and pilsner malt in the mash. Balanced additions of our favorite American hop result in flavors of lemon meringue, white tea, jasmine flowers, and white grape juice

Brewery draught, 6/15/25.
Heavily hazy, bronze-maize-golden with a small, white head, moderately-well-retained.
Juicy and bright with round citra but seemingly ample acidity. Thick wheat allowing for nuttiness and reduced hop edges, with mango, pineapple and tangerine lingering.
Fruity, juicy, amply bitter as NP is apt to be. Soft, dense, thick and wheaty with excellent depth and attenuation. Round and fruity, clean and shining with bright Citra notes of all complexity.

Panda thanks to Wingman. A light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light smooth palate, decent fine carbonation. Light smooth pale malts, a nice light creamy sweetness. Hops being pine and lime and a little tangy ripe lemon. Mild hop spice on the light finish. Surely Motueka hopped? Very well done so and a superbly drinkabke apa with good hop punch.

Panda at home, thanks to Dave, 18/04/2025.
Murky faded orange topped with a just off white head that veers to the edge.
Nose is bitter orange, grass, grapefruit, pine needle, hint of caramel.
Taste comprises orange pith, grapefruit, pine nip, melon, mandarin.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close spiked with grassy come lightly dankened hop bitterness.
Tidy well rounded IPA with a good bitter angle about it.

Can (7/1/24) pour from Manchester Wine and Liquors. Cloudy, milky yellow with nice sparkle, decent head with good retention and nice rings of lacing. Aroma is lemon citrus, milder grape and hint of floral. Taste is strong white wine/grapes, lemon, over wheat, hint of Pilsner malts. Smooth, frothy texture, lively carbonation and finish as taste. Decent complexity and good strength, especially for ABV.
