Guinevere is an effervescent Witbier infused with a plethora of gin botanicals, such as crushed juniper berries, lime leaves, orange peel and rose petals This makes for a decidedly English take on the traditional Belgian style; a truly summer beer which is as thirst quenching as it is refreshing.

Tap at Eurotrash. Hazy golden with white head. Sweet malts, massive curry spices and parfumey floral notes. Medium sweet and light bitter. Medium body, slick and soft. Soft carbonation. Weird at first, but because it’s so outgoing it works alright.

Tap at Eurotrash United. Hazy light golden with white head. Ginger, juniper, lime, galangal, soft wheat dough, dry herbs, light dry citrus and tonic water. Medium sweet and bitter, medium bodied. Very weird and a massive load of spices and herbs, but it does work somehow.

Keg @ Cellar, Chester [030917]
Yellow, hazy, no head
Aroma - Complex nose, floral and herbal, coriander, hard to pick out single aroma, kind of pot pourri
Taste - Herbal, botanicals, coriander, dab of mint, soft sweet pale malt background, loads going on, it's all about the botanicals, they have chucked everything in, strong flavour
Palate - Soft carb, medium light body, no alcohol, herbal, floral, spicy.
Overall - Not for everyone, too intense for sessioning, but a nice half

27th July 2017 Well & Bucket. Keg. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and dry and a good minerally crispness. Light malts. Nice light sweetish floralness. Mild Parma Violets. Touch of sweet herb. Complex floralness on the back end. Light floral citrus and touches of citrus and spice. Light dry finish. Comes together very well and the acid test of a beer like this is the drinkability factor. Well I enjoyed the last mouthful in my half pint as much as the first, so good job all round.
9th August 2022
Can. Pretty much the same as the keg 5 years back, more obvious lime, floral lime and a touch of lime sherbet, good soft juniper. Just a really nicely done wit with a lot going on and more importantly, tres drinkable.
