The Peach Ice Tea Saison is a collaboration with our great homie and chef Tim Anderson of Nanban! To celebrate his new cookbook Tokyo Stories, this limited edition beer is inspired by the exquisite iced teas found in Japanese convenience stores and vending machines. We start with a classic saison and add a blend of green, oolong and jasmine teas as well as fresh, white peaches for a floral-juicy note redolent of Japanese summertime.

Bottle at home in Hackney - sourced from Honest Brew. Pours cloudy yellow-gold with a frothy, pure white head. Smooth overall, some relaxed wheat bread, sweet peach, a little lemony tang, subtle bitter straw, Belgian yeast. Light bodied with fine, spritzy carbonation. Finishes with more lightly doughy wheat bread, semi-ripe peach, citrus fruits. Nice easy drinker.

Hazy yellow beer, short lived white head. Soft floral peach and a little floral yeasty bitterness. Esters. A slight tea tang and a little spice on the finish. Fruity tea in the aftertaste. Vague champagne vibe. Light and breezy, was expecting more tea but it's a nice saison.
