Cask @ Flying Horse Hotel, Rochdale. Blonde with a head. It's somewhat like the pop drink, but not that pleasant seemingly with beetroot involved.

Light haze on this slightly dirty looking gold beer, small cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, decent minerally crispness. Sweetish malts, sweetish esters. The dandelion sweetness comes through loud and clear, the burdock is there but I feel there should be more. A light spicy bitter hop kick reminds you that this is a beer. Light finish. Amusing. Would like to see this tweaked.
