Very murky and hazy straw golden and muddied yellow and beige coloured body, all with a very large, perfectly white head, all about four to five centimetres tall, above the 95 per cent opaque body that still shows some effervescence underneath. Aroma of oranges, honey, oats, dry malts, some lactose andc ream, quite a bit of newer school (non-bitter) hops and a touch of alcohol in the nose. Medium to Full-bodied; Very rich and deep oaty and light wheat malts dominate that show a big bite, but surprisingly easy-drinking with a lot of orange and mango notes with some melons and papaya as well, which seem to add more body, but the lactose and oranges along with the honey provide a great sweetness at the end. Aftertaste is enjoyable, hiding the alcohol very well and really only showing the oats, lactose and cream with fruits, but some smooth flavours and a rich body make this finish nicely! Overall, this is great - it hits very nice notes while hiding the alcohol nicely, bringing out tons of orange and fruit notes, but also a great body and smooth level of sugars that isn't cloying - my only gripe - the format - too big, but it goes down easily! I love the name of this one, and with 13 in it (my lucky number), it's even better. This is great to have fresh and well-recommended throughout. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from GlenRo Spirit Shoppe in Monroe, Connecticut on 05-September-2022 for US$4,99, canned on 15-July-2022 and sampled at my house here in Washington on 15-September-2022, exactly two months later after canning.

Can (7/15/22) pour. It's an opaque light brown-dark yellow with no sparkle, finger-width off-white head with poor retention and fair lacing. Aroma is strong sweet citrus, pineapple rind and resin. Taste is strong citrus with alcohol astringency, pineapple rind. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, average-to-lively carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, good strength but the alcohol and carbonation are too strong.
