Taiheke / Idaho7 / Cashmere

Taiheke, one of the lesser-known hop from NZ take the lead here bringing lime and powerful note of grapefruit. We pair it with the reliable Idaho 7 & Cashmere to bright one more time on lime-Lemon notes, grapefruit and sweet fruits.

Very cloudy orange blond beer, small creamy yellowish head, unstable, dissipates quickly, a little adhesive. Aroma: nice, lots of tropical fruits, juicy, oranges, mango, a hint of lactose, good stuff! MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: good bitterness up front, a bit herbal, citrus notes, pretty chemical, grassy, tropical fruits, juicy, pretty dank as well. Aftertaste: spicy, hop burn, a little sweet, mango, tropical fruits, juicy, orange peel, a bit chemical, very resinous, dank hops, dried orange peel, a bit sweet, some almonds, a bit oxidized.
